Relating to dietary accommodations for incarcerated individuals.

Abstract

Directs Department of Corrections to study challenges to providing dietary accommodations to individuals with special dietary needs who are incarcerated in department correctional facilities. Requires department to report findings from study, and recommendations to address challenges, to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to education. Sunsets on January 2, 2023.
